Business goal assessment

You need a team to reach your business goals. In order to build the right team and focus your team on the right KPIs and sub goals, it is crucial to see a high return of your investment. We lead you through a proven process to assess and define your business goals.

Role definition

Once we know your business goals and the goals of the team, we will set up the roles that are required in the team. We will define the roles in a way that you can either fill them with existing team members or find freelancers that are a fit for you and the role. In any case we define the roles in a way that you benefit from the principle of “separation of control and ownership” so that your team stays flexible and can scale independently from “hard to replace” individuals.

Workflow definition

Based on the scope of your team (complex or non complex work), we define the workflow your team should use for seamless collaboration. A properly defined workflow such as Scrum (for agile teams doing complex work) or Kanban (for non complex work) in combination with your team KPIs will lead to goal based alignment of your team and result in the best possible performance.

Quality standard definition

To ensure that quality is created systematically and not just as a result of individual performance, we define your quality standard. This includes the definition of meetings (purpose and agenda) as well as work items delivered by your team that have to match your quality standard.

Sourcing and assessment of freelancers

Based on your team blueprint you know exactly which skills and experience, which hourly rates, languages and availabilities you are looking for. You can use this to find and assess freelancers for yourself or we can support you with our service of sourcing and 3-step assessment of freelancers. You can use our service if you want to save time and money or you can do it yourself with all the templates we provide for this step.

Virtual Team Support

We can provide ongoing support for you to lead freelancers, improve the results of your team and adjust the system to make it better and better every month. You get access to our chat support, access to our knowledge base, to all frameworks and templates we have and future ones we create. The virtual team support is paid per person that gets access to the support and costs 390 EUR per month. Typically the team leads in businesses get this support so we can coach and consult them to improve the performance of their remote team for both freelancers and employees.

The investment for this service is 1.500 EUR for one team and 1.900 EUR for 3 teams (one time investment). Virtual Team Support and Sourcing and Assessment of Freelancers are separate services we can only provide after the initial setup.
